Mindy Epstein

Trial Attorney Mindy Epstein is an experienced litigator who represents clients with passion and vigor. She is devoted to obtaining fair and just recovery for each client and approaches each case with a fine tune to detail while firmly recognizing that every individual’s circumstances are unique.

Prior to joining Chaikin, Sherman, Cammarata, Siegel, P.C., Mindy worked as a Litigation Attorney with established personal injury law firms in Prince George’s County and Montgomery County, Maryland. Over the past six years she has represented individuals who suffered injuries as result of negligence in automobile collisions, slip and falls and medical malpractice cases. Additionally, she has litigated wrongful death cases, and assisted in obtaining excellent results for decedents’ estates and loved ones. Mindy has also worked as Assistant General Counsel for a bi-county agency of the State of Maryland wherein she handled matters in various aspects of the law, including employment matters, contract disputes, administrative claims and government defense. In addition to her vast experience in civil law, Mindy has clerked with a renowned private criminal defense firm and general practice in Baltimore City where she further expanded her research and writing skills with a focus in representing individuals faced with both misdemeanor and felony criminal charges. Mindy prides herself in maintaining a strong presence before the courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Mindy received her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She was elected by her peers as the American Bar Association Representative and served in this capacity on the law school’s student government, the Student Bar Association. While in law school, Mindy joined the Criminal Justice Clinic where she practiced as a Rule 16 Student Attorney with the Office of the Public Defender of Maryland. As a Rule 16 Student Attorney she handled full criminal dockets on a daily basis, trying cases, arguing motions and seeking justice for her clients before the District Court for Baltimore City, Maryland. Before law school, Mindy earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with minors in Psychology and Communication, from Florida State University. Mindy is a Baltimore native and is now a proud resident of the DMV.
